					  Awesome brewery! I like the layout of the brewery and the connecting restaurant. The beer was good and service was also top notch.

					  Was in Huntsville for a wedding and decided to go here one night with a friend. Loved the vibe at this place. The service was good and having a pizza... read more place in the same building was a plus. Pizza was a little on the crispy side but it was very good. (I'm from Chicago so maybe I'm just not used to thin crust pizza haha). Overall, its a very good place to hang out with friends, would definitely go here again if I ever find myself back in Huntsville.

					  We came here pretty late thinking there would be a huge crowd. Business was brisk, but not packed. First we started with one of the 16 oz. dark German-style beers.... read more Excellent! Then, after ordering a pizza, we got another, a lighter one with a slight lemony twinge to it. Perfect for the warm night we were there.

Now, on the pizza, it was good but I think I'd give it a 5 for taste, but a 4 for crust. That tasted good too, but it definitely didn't have that crunchy thin crust Napoli-stye pizza is supposed to have. It also needed that ring of semi-charred crust around the edge of the pie too, which it didn't have either. It was sauced and cheesed all the way to the edge. This made it harder to eat, especially with the lame, flabby tableware they have.

Keep in mind that it isn't the brewery that serves the pizza, that's next door. No table service just walk up to the counter and order.

All in all, it was a good experience We'll go back next time we're there in Dogpatch.

					  Great beer attached to an amazing Wood Fired pizza joint—Earth and Stone Pizza. They also have beer to go. My only disappointment was they would not let me try a... read more bit of bourbon; hence I did not buy any. If they would have, I most likely would have purchased a bottle.
