Deluxe Double and Standard Double have one Queen bed and accommodate up to 2 guests. Twin has two single beds for up to 2 guests. Triple has three single beds for up to 3 guests. Compare the four categories. If you are travelling with children or need an extra bed, check the conditions before booking.
Do all rooms have a city view?
Deluxe Double has a panoramic exterior view. Standard Double, Twin and Triple have interior views. All categories include access to the shared seventh-floor viewpoint.
Who can use the viewpoint, bar and restaurant?
The seventh-floor viewpoint is available to all guests. The bar and restaurant are on the same floor. Access does not itself include food or drinks; check hours, the menu and inclusions. Explore these spaces.
Is breakfast included?
The hotel offers a buffet breakfast service. Check whether it is included in your chosen rate and ask Ayni about current hours, especially if you have an early departure.
How do I get the 15% direct-booking discount?
The benefit applies to all four room categories. Check the final rate for your dates and confirm with Ayni how the 15% discount is applied before paying. Review the total amount and inclusions; do not assume the engine will apply a further discount afterwards. See the offer details.
Is airport pickup complimentary?
Yes, Ayni offers complimentary airport pickup for direct bookings, by prior arrangement. Before arriving, confirm conditions, the time and the meeting point with the hotel. Arrange your pickup on WhatsApp.
Where is the hotel and how do I get there?
We are at Av. Andrés Avelino Cáceres A-6, Chanapata, Santa Ana, Cusco, Peru. Save the address and share the location with your driver. See the map, directions and contacts.
What time can I check in or check out?
Confirm check-in and check-out times for your booking with Ayni. Early check-in or late check-out requires checking availability and conditions before relying on it. The hotel also offers complimentary luggage storage; arrange drop-off and collection with reception.
How can I confirm whether access suits my needs?
Before booking, ask the hotel about access from the street, any steps, the lift, your room and the seventh floor. Request the specific information you need; having a lift does not by itself confirm a step-free route. Message us to check access.
Where can I check payment, taxes and cancellation?
Review the conditions of your chosen rate in the official Cloudbeds booking engine before confirming or paying: total amount, currency, taxes, included services, payment, cancellation and no-show conditions. If anything is unclear or you need to change an existing booking, ask Ayni directly. A single policy does not apply to every rate by default.
